The Goal of Republican Baptist Church’s Youth Group has three objectives:

Glorify God in Everything

Everyone on earth (Psalm 150:6) is admonished in Scripture to continually (Hebrews 13:15) give glory to God in everything we do (1 Corinthians 10:31); because it all belongs to Christ (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Grow Spiritually Through His Word


Spiritual growth also brings glory to God (2 Peter 2:18). We do this by adhering to God’s Word ( James 1:22-25) which is completely profitable in all things (2 Timothy 3:16).

Go Proclaim Jesus to Everyone

As a result of our glorifying God and growing spiritually through His Word; we then are directed (Mark 16:15-16) to produce gracious and attractive ( Colossians 4:6) answers when the world asks or challenges us about our faith ( 1 Peter 3:15).

To accomplish these objectives we participate in many activities endeavoring to give glory to God in all we do. Our Bible studies on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights are geared to give applicable truths to each student; so they in turn will be able to give biblical answers to their family, friends and folks they engage daily.

Social activities are planned monthly to give opportunities for each student to enjoy some good, wholesome fun.
